Red Thread Garment welcomes both wholesale and custom orders. Whether you're looking for fabric by the yard or finished garments, we're happy to work with you based on your needs.
We support small to large-scale orders and offer flexibility in both quantity and design. If you're interested in creating your own Batik motif, weʼre here to guide you through the process. With an experienced team and a thoughtful approach, we aim to deliver both quality products and a service.
WHAT TO EXPECT WITH CUSTOM ORDERS
The complete process can take 4 - 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design, quantity, and weather. Yes, you read that right! The weather plays a huge role since we utilize nature to help with our batik production. So please place an order between March to September when we get optimal sunshine here in Bali.
Our tjap maker will assess your existing design (if any) before creating the batik tjap, as some adjustments might be needed. When your design is finalized, you can secure the batik tjap. Then, we will move on to sampling.
A sample will be sent to you for approval before any production occurs. Check the stitching, see how it fits, and feel the fabric. We want you to love it!
Once the sample is approved, a down payment is required to secure your order line. The settlement of the remaining balance can be done after delivery. Please get in touch with us to discuss any concerns or for detailed terms and conditions.
