What payment methods do you accept?
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards via secure checkout.
For customers in Indonesia, we also accept direct bank transfer (IDR). Payment instructions will be provided at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders must follow our return process.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide from Bali, Indonesia using DHL Express international shipping with full tracking.
Delivery Times
International delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via DHL Express depending on destination and customs clearance.
Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)
Domestic shipping is free and typically arrives within 1–3 business days.

What is your return policy?
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
Are sale items refundable?
Sale and discounted items are final sale.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos attached.

How should I care for my batik garments?
We recommend gentle cold washing, mild detergent, and air drying to preserve the vibrancy and softness of the fabric.

Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Our garments follow a relaxed, tailored silhouette designed for comfort and versatility.
We recommend reviewing our detailed size chart before placing your order. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Are your shirts true to size?
Yes — our Standard Fit shirts are designed to run true to size.
If you prefer a looser, resort-style silhouette, consider sizing up.
Fit may vary slightly depending on fabric (TENCEL™ Lyocell, cotton, blends).
Do fabrics shrink?
Our TENCEL™ Lyocell garments are pre-washed and stabilized.
Natural cotton fabrics may experience minimal shrinkage if exposed to high heat. Please follow our care instructions.

Store Information
Do you have a physical store?
Our Bali location functions as our design studio and office in Sanur, Denpasar.
We are not a traditional retail store, but visitors are welcome by appointment to explore selected batik pieces and see behind-the-scenes production.
