What is your policy on refunds?

🚫 We do not offer refunds unless you have received the wrong order or a faulty item.
🔄 You may exchange items if the size or style does not fit.

What delivery options are there?

📦 We ship internationally with DHL and within Indonesia using PCP.
✅ Free worldwide shipping for orders over USD $150
💲 Flat rate of USD $30 for international orders under USD $150
🚀 Express shipping is available at an extra cost

Customers in Bali can also choose:
- Pick-up from our address
- Courier services like Gojek or Grab (customer covers fees)

I am ordering Internationally. How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout.
- Orders over USD $150 → Free Shipping
- Orders under USD $150 → Flat Rate USD $30

Customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

My package arrived in a damaged condition. What should I do?

🚨 Inspect your package upon arrival!
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF IT IS DELAYED?

⏳ Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel an order. Once shipped, we cannot cancel or refund an order unless it is faulty or incorrect.
