Awalnya didirikan untuk memproduksi Batik bagi salah satu pemimpin industri tekstil dunia yang berpusat di Amerika Serikat. Menggunakan tenaga kerja terampil dari Bali dan Jawa untuk memastikan mereka memproduksi Batik Bali dengan kualitas terbaik, hanya menggunakan beberapa kain dan pewarna terbaik.
